Spring is Tops.

I’ve got a stack of fabric from my local shop and a wall of ideas ripped from magazines and catalogs.  On top of that, I stumbled upon this sewing challenge by Made by Rae to get sewing on my spring tops.  She’s calling it Spring Top Week.
